Must have or be working towards NVQ/Diploma Level 3/4 Caring for Children & Young People or equivalent
Must have a full UK driving licence.
We provide young people and young adults aged 16 to 25 with support, guidance, and encouragement to transition successfully to independent adult life. Our supported accommodation service is tailored to each young person's needs, whether they are leaving care or have already left care. We offer a range of provisions, from supported living to individual placements, with ratios from 1:1 to 1:4 and 24-hour support, accommodating various individual and complex needs.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for a new 3-bed regulated Supported Accommodation in Halifax.
Salary: £13.54 - £14.95 per hour (£26,050.96 - £28,763.80 annually), plus Night-time Support Allowance of £60.00.
This equates to an annual salary of £33,250.96 - £35,963.80 when working a 1 on 2 off rolling shift pattern inclusive of sleep allowance.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Assist the Management team to ensure all responsibilities are met. Candidates must have experience working within Children's Residential Care or Supported Accommodation.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of all regulations related to Children & Young People, including but not limited to:
