Job summary

Fuller’s in Romsey is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations across our pubs and hotels. You’ll create a friendly atmosphere for the team and customers, supervise service, and help drive guests’ experience to be the best in town.

With our industry-leading training, you’ll develop skills in people management, decision making, and wine/food service, while enjoying perks like a weekly tips share and staff discounts.

• Hands-on leader with ability to manage day-to-day running of the business.
• Confident manager with good decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across pubs and hotels.
• Supervise front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Collaborate with management on staffing, training and service standards.
