Job summary

Specsavers Bognor Regis is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a busy team and deliver outstanding customer service in our optics store. You’ll be responsible for daily store operations, staff development, and creating a welcoming, professional environment while helping our community with better eye and hearing care.

Experience in managing teams, adaptability, and organizational skills are essential, and prior optics experience is preferred.
