Job summary

Specsavers Brighton – North Street is seeking an Assistant Manager who leads by example and champions a customer-first mindset. You’ll help run the store and team, while growing your skills and supporting others to do the same.

This is an opportunity to contribute to excellent eye and hearing care in the local community and progress your career within Specsavers. The role offers 40 hours over 5 days, with weekend work and a comprehensive benefits package described in-store.

• Must have optics and leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills with frontline teams.

Our store

Located in the heart of Brighton, Specsavers North Street is a busy, customer-focused opticians and hearing centre committed to delivering high-quality eye and hearing care. The store offers a comprehensive range of services including adult and children’s eye tests, OCT 3D eye scanning, contact lens services, home eye tests and specialist eye-health treatments. The team also provides audiology services, including hearing tests, hearing aids, fitting and aftercare, as well as hearing protection. With a friendly and professional team, the store is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and helping customers find the right solutions for their eye and hearing needs.
