Job summary

Specsavers Bognor Regis is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will lead by example and champion a customer-first mindset. You’ll keep our store and team running like clockwork while developing your skills and helping others grow within our community.

Located in Bognor Regis, our busy store focuses on exceptional eye and hearing care. The role calls for strong communication, team leadership and attention to detail, with a supportive environment and the chance to advance your career while

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Proven experience leading store teams.

• Experience in Optics is required.
