Job summary
In n Out Autocentres is seeking an Assistant Manager with technical ability to join our busy centre. You will work alongside the Centre Manager and train in all aspects of operation including people, service operations, car count, profit, sales and administrative duties.
This is a hands-on role; we expect you to spend time in the service bays with the team, assisting to ensure a seamless and timely operation. Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance is preferred; driving licence is also preferred.
Qualifications
- Be proactive with a positive attitude and a desire to deliver great customer service.
- Be sales driven, aiming to meet and exceed financial targets set for the centre.
- 2 years of automotive service experience preferred.
- Qualified to Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance.
- Full Driving Licence preferred.
- Customer service 2 years preferred.
- Management experience 2 years preferred.
