Qualifications

• Experience delivering high customer satisfaction through effective management.
• Ability to coach colleagues and train in the moment.
• Experience meeting Health and Safety compliance standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficient IT skills and willingness to learn in-house systems.
• A current valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.
• Divide time between workshop alongside technicians and management duties.
• Drive profitability through service, workshop and customer experience.
• Lead by example to deliver first-class customer experience.
• Support coaching and training of the team.
