Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager by coaching a team of Sales Associates and driving sales, service and store operations in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

You will lead by example, deliver inspirational customer service, manage inventory and cash reconciliation, and work retail hours including weekends and events to achieve targets while developing staff for future growth.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience within cosmetics preferred.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with mentoring others to achieve sales and service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop the Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
