Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Assistant Counter Manager for our John Lewis Oxford Street counter. You will play a leading role in supporting the Store Manager to coach and develop the team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.

Ideal candidates will have proven supervisory experience in cosmetics retail, a passion for coaching others, and a strong track record in delivering personalised customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory/coaching experience in retail
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Retail operations experience including inventory control and cash reconciliation
• Experience with retail POS software
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• Support Store Manager in leading and coaching a team of Sales Associates to meet sales, customer service and operational targets
• Provide inspirational and personalised customer service to drive sales
