The Role:

What about developing teams to succeed and earn very well for all of this?We are looking for exceptional Luxury Retail Sales Assistant Managers & Management Trainees. • People Management – support your manager by holding regular 121s with the team, coaching and developing and contribute towards creating a winning environment and celebrating success
• Sales Floor Management – In conjunction with the store manager, ensure all basic processes are followed and the client needs are being met
• Stock Management - Support the Store Manager to review and analyse data to make informed decisions regarding stock and merchandising
• Building Long Lasting Client Relationships - taking customer care to the next level, going the extra mile
