Job summary

PRET Worthing is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to drive the business, embed change and enhance our shop performance. You will support the General Manager in delivering high standards, maximizing sales, recruiting, and delivering excellent customer and team experiences daily.

The role offers development through our Training Academy with opportunities to grow professionally. A passion for food and customer service is essential.
