Job summary

Greene King’s Farmhouse Inns is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a busy pub. You’ll lead by example, support the General Manager, and ensure customers and teams have a great time.

You’ll bring strong people skills, leadership, and a hands-on approach to delivering excellent service, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring safety on shift. This role is on-site and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills to get the best out of people.
• Ability to think on your feet during busy shifts.
• Attention to detail and uphold high standards.
• Proficiency in English for safety and allergen controls.
