Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Woking is seeking an Assistant Manager for O'Neill's to support the General Manager and lead the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You'll motivate staff, mentor individuals to reach their potential, and help create a welcoming, vibrant pub environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, communication, and a passion for excellent service, with a clear path for progression within the group.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in day-to-day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
