Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Snuff Mill - Harvester to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will mentor staff, uphold brand standards, and help drive sales while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues across our family of brands.

Formación

• Experience in leading hospitality teams.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff to deliver service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Support the General Manager in daily operations as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that wow guests and encourage repeat visits.
