Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc operates the Bulldog - Harvester. The Assistant Manager will support the General Manager in daily operations, lead a team, mentor colleagues, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will act as Duty Manager when the GM is absent and foster a positive, high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a hospitality or retail service role.
• Ability to train and inspire a team to deliver great food, drink and service.
• Ability to lead by example and develop team members.
• Experience as Duty Manager or similar supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver high-quality food, drinks and service.
