Job summary

Harvester is seeking an Assistant Manager to back the General Manager in leading the team and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will mentor colleagues, supervise daily operations and help drive performance, training and service standards across food, drink and hospitality.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGERYOU’LL…

• Useyour management experience to support the General Manager in the day to dayrunning of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Useyour communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to beproud of.
• Be the role model and guide development withinyour team.
