Slim-Chickens-Cribbs-Causeway is seeking a driven Assistant Manager to support the day to day running of one of our high volume restaurants. You will lead from the floor, motivate the team and ensure guests receive an outstanding experience.

This hands on role focuses on staff development, guest service, and operational performance. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to maintain service standards, manage shifts, and contribute ideas to grow the business.

• Experience in a supervisor or assistant manager role in hospitality, QSR, or retail.
• Strong people skills with ability to lead, inspire, and get the best from a team.
• Calm under pressure with smart decisions on the go.
• Passion for brilliant service and ambition to grow in management.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts with confidence, keeping the team focused and the service running smoothly.
• Maintain high standards in food quality, cleanliness, health & safety, and guest service.
• Assist the General Manager in delivering strong operational performance across the board.
• Coach and motivate team members, supporting onboarding and training.
• Step up when needed and take responsibility in the GM’s absence.
• Be present on the floor, solving problems and creating moments that keep guests coming back.
• Track shift performance and share ideas for improvements with the management team.
