Mitchells & Butlers’ Ember Inns at Attimore Hall is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You’ll mentor colleagues, foster development, and uphold brand standards in a community-focused pub environment. We offer strong progression, a 33% brand discount, 20% for up to five friends/family, pension, 28 days’ holiday, and other perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a hospitality team.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to deliver great guest service.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations.
• Lead and develop the team to deliver food, drink and service excellence.
• Act as Duty Manager when the General Manager is unavailable.
• Drive guest satisfaction and business performance.
