Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking an Assistant Manager at Miller & Carter - St Albans to support the General Manager in leading the team and delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will mentor staff, motivate performance and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations in a busy steakhouse environment.

You'll train and inspire your team, role-model best practice in service and dining standards, and drive moments that wow guests, encouraging repeat visits and team development.

Qualifikationen

• Previous management experience in hospitality.
• Experience leading a team in a busy restaurant.
• Passion for guest experience and service standards.
