Savers Health Home & Beauty is recruiting an Assistant Manager to join our team in Tees Valley. You will lead store operations, drive sales and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service. No two days are the same in this fast-paced retail role.

You’ll inspire staff, manage shifts, and contribute to local community connections while upholding brand standards and strong visual merchandising. Based at Hillstreet Middlesborough - New Store, the role offers 39 hours per week with flexible

Location: Hillstreet Middlesborough - New Store

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £31,600 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
