Job Title: Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you will be a dedicated and experienced retail professional, leading by example and inspiring our retail colleagues to maximize sales and deliver excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the store is well merchandised and continuously seeking ways to develop and improve business performance within your departments. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills and adopt a coaching management style that is clear, open, and honest. You will ensure that retail colleagues are trained to the highest standards and are capable of taking corrective action when necessary.
