Burger King - Stevenage - Roaring Meg is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced leadership team. You will support the Restaurant Manager to run the restaurant, drive sales, manage costs and build a team proud of their work.

This hands-on, high-energy role places you at the heart of daily operations—leading shifts, guiding crew, and ensuring guests leave satisfied. An opportunity to progress toward Restaurant Manager with strong development pathways.

The role

As an Assistant Manager, you’re a key part of the leadership team. You’ll support your Restaurant Manager to run the restaurant like you both own it — driving results, setting standards and building a team that’s proud of what they do.
