Harvester is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Bulldog - Harvester to support the General Manager in daily operations and team leadership. You will mentor colleagues, drive excellent guest experience and ensure the team delivers food, drink and service to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hospitality teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to coach and develop team members for guest service excellence.
• Strong communication and leadership to support the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver great food, drink and service.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to create moments that WOW guests and drive return visits.
