Miller & Carter in Solihull is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and staff leadership. You will mentor the team, uphold high standards of guest service, and step in as Duty Manager when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Act as Duty Manager when the GM is unavailable.
