Miller & Carter - Sheffield Centertainment is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a skilled team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will train, coach and develop staff, act as Duty Manager when needed, and ensure consistent service quality across all shifts. The role offers progression opportunities and a strong team environment within our steakhouse brand.

Qualifications

• Management experience to support the General Manager in day-to-day ops.
• Ability to train and inspire the team to deliver great food, drink and service.
• Lead and mentor team members to develop their skills and careers.
