Job summary

Miller & Carter Parkhead is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will mentor staff, drive performance, and model excellent service across all venues of the restaurant.

You’ll use your management experience to train and energize the team, ensuring consistent quality and a welcoming environment for guests in a busy dining setting.

Qualifications

• Management experience required to support the General Manager.
• Ability to train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Proactive leadership to develop team members and drive guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations as Duty Manager when GM is unavailable.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver excellent guest experiences across service, food and drink.
• Be a role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests and keep them coming back.
