Job summary

Miller & Carter - Parkhead is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and to drive the guest experience to new heights.

You will mentor and develop team members, ensure consistent service, and help shape a positive, high-performing restaurant culture. The role is on site in the UK and offers progression opportunities within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management is desirable.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are required.
• Ability to train and inspire team members.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver excellent food, drink and service.
