Job summary

Halfords Salisbury is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Centre Manager, lead the team and keep the customer journey at the heart of everything we do. You’ll help drive workshop activity, boost sales and deliver great service, ensuring each day runs smoothly and efficiently.

The role offers a clear path for progression with training schemes and the chance to grow with the UK’s leading motoring retailer. You’ll work five days a week in a busy centre with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high customer satisfaction through effective management.
• Experience coaching/training colleagues in the moment.
• Experience meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety.
• Excellent communication skills, verbally and written.
• IT proficiency and willingness to learn in-house systems.
• A current valid driving licence.

• On-target earnings up to £41,100
• Comprising a base salary of £34,000
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £7,100 per year
• 5 days a week (the centre is closed on a Sunday)

• Experience / Ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management
