Costa Coffee in Brentwood is seeking an Assistant Store Manager. You’ll lead the team to deliver an exceptional coffee experience, ensure smooth store operations, manage cash, stock, and Costa standards, and drive daily actions from KPI insights.

The role emphasizes coaching and developing staff, maintaining brand culture, and ensuring excellent customer relationships. This is a permanent position with a strong focus on teamwork and leadership.

A bit about the role

You’ll help make sure that everything about the store is efficient and effective. That means getting involved in operations, store and company culture, customer relationships, and of course, the coffee. This is going to be so much fun.
