Pesto Sutton Coldfield is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, acting as Duty Manager when needed and guiding the team to deliver exceptional food, drink and service. You will mentor staff, drive standards, and champion guest satisfaction in a welcoming environment.

With a focus on growth, leadership, and guest experience, you will help create memorable moments that keep guests returning.

• Management experience in a hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when required.
• Inspire and train the team to deliver food, drink and service of the highest standard.
