Assistant Manager - Ernest Jones - Bracknell

As an Assistant Store Manager at Ernest Jones in Bracknell, you'll join a team in a local store.

Your role is to support the Store Manager in achieving store targets by promoting a sales culture, building a strong customer-first team, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You'll model selling skills, coach your team, and lead proactively in sales management.

You will also run the store in the absence of the Store Manager, planning and organizing activities regularly.

At Ernest Jones, you will establish excellent relationships with clients, guiding them to select the perfect piece from our exquisite collection of diamonds, watches, luxury jewelry, and gifts to mark their special occasions.
