Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for the World Turned Upside Down in Reading. You will support the General Manager, lead your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience, and mentor individuals to be their best.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a hospitality/food service setting.
• Proven ability to train and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service pride.
• Lead by example to WOW guests and drive repeat visits.
