Pesto The White Swan, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and mentor the team to deliver warm hospitality and great food.

You’ll lead by example, train staff, and help create memorable guest experiences in a busy, welcoming pub setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
