Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers’ Harvester venue in Potters Bar is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and lead a dedicated team to deliver great guest experiences.

You’ll train and inspire staff, model behaviours, and drive service to WOW guests, ensuring a welcoming, smooth operation and memorable visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…
