Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking an Assistant Manager at Fountain - Harvester to back the General Manager in daily operations and lead a team to success.

You will motivate staff, mentor individuals to reach their best, and ensure an excellent guest experience across food, drink and service, while modeling outstanding standards.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a hospitality or retail setting.
• Ability to train, motivate and develop a service-focused team.
• Strong communication and guest-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Act as Duty Manager in the manager's absence.
• Inspire and guide the team to deliver exceptional food, drink and service.
• Lead by example to WOW guests and drive repeat visits.
