Mitchells & Butlers' Fountain - Harvester in Milton Keynes is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading the team and delivering excellent guest experience.

You will mentor staff, drive service excellence, and help foster a welcoming, high-performing restaurant environment with opportunities for progression within the brand family.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the General Manager in daily operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service.
• Act as role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that wow our guests and keep them coming back.

As Assistant Manager at the Fountain - Harvester, you’ll bring your experience to the table, supporting the General Manager in leading your team to success. Through your passion and drive you will motivate your team to deliver excellent guest experience, mentoring each individual to be the best that they can be!
