The Port Gaverne is a charming venue featuring 17th-century exteriors, welcoming interiors, and 15 beautifully designed rooms for a relaxing experience. Located in Port Isaac, it offers iconic views that have served as the backdrop for a popular TV series, making it a unique place to work and live.

This role involves working in an inspiring environment, leading a passionate team, and supporting the General Manager when needed.

About You:

• Motivate team members and ensure smooth operations in the General Manager's absence.
• Create a warm welcome for guests, ensuring memorable experiences.
• Monitor customer feedback and adapt to maintain high standards.
• Support the team during peak times, ensuring high service levels.
• Oversee quality food production and support the Kitchen Team.
• Bring experience in a similar role, recognizing team needs and providing support.
• Maintain admin and cash management systems efficiently.
• Know health and safety regulations thoroughly.
• Be an inspiring role model and support team development.
• Take pride in personal development with the goal of becoming a General Manager.
