This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced and motivated skilled Assistant Managers.

All positions are live-out, and staff must have their own transport.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the General Manager in daily pub operations.
2. Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Ensure smooth and efficient bar and floor service, especially during peak hours.
4. Assist with staff training, rota planning, and shift management.
5. Maintain the traditional British pub atmosphere and uphold cultural authenticity.
6. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
7. Oversee health and safety compliance, hygiene standards, and licensing regulations.
8. Act as a key holder and take charge of opening/closing duties.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality.
2. Strong understanding and respect for British pub traditions and clientele expectations.
3. Confidence in leading a team and making decisions under pressure.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
6. Personal Licence (preferred or willingness to obtain).
