This is an outstanding opportunity for a confident, motivated professional with proven listing experience and deep knowledge of the Welwyn and surrounding areas. Responsibilities

  • Drive New Listings and Business Growth: Proactively generate, secure, and manage new property instructions, using expert local knowledge and strong negotiation skills to win business and expand market share.
  • Lead and Support the Sales Team: Assist in overseeing daily operations, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team meets and exceeds targets while upholding the highest standards of customer service.
  • Ensure Compliance and Best Practice: Maintain rigorous attention to legal and regulatory compliance (including AML, CPRs), ensuring all property listings, documentation, and processes are accurate, transparent, and up to date.
  • Enhance Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and buyers, providing regular communication, advice, and updates to secure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor Performance and Drive Results: Analyse business trends, KPIs, and market activity to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance office performance and achieve growth objectives.
