Job summary

Miller & Carter - Chertsey is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead the team to deliver memorable experiences.

You'll train staff, manage shifts, ensure service standards, and act as Duty Manager when needed. The role offers progression opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a restaurant or similar environment.
• Ability to train and inspire a team to deliver high-quality service.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.

• Act as duty manager when GM is unavailable and lead by example to WOW guests.
