Job summary

Miller & Carter - Cramond Brig is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and lead the team to provide exceptional guest experiences.

You will mentor staff, drive performance, and role-model best practices to ensure high standards across service and hospitality in a dynamic Edinburgh restaurant.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant/retail management.
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability.
• Excellent guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
