Job summary

Greene King’s The Cross Keys is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to help run daily pub operations and lead a team to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will coach staff, manage shifts and maintain high standards across service, food and drink in a welcoming Somerset setting.

You’ll be part of a supportive Greene King network, with a clear path to progress toward General Manager roles and access to training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader roles in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Confident communicator with a hands-on management style.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with day-to-day pub operations.
