Job summary

Toby Carvery Morecambe is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running the restaurant and to lead the team to success. You will mentor colleagues and drive guest satisfaction through great service, quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere.

You will manage operations, train staff, and role-model excellence, while enjoying progression opportunities, a generous pension, holiday entitlement, and staff discounts across the group.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a team within a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Act as Duty Manager in the GM's absence.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
