Toby Carvery - Bessacarr, part of Mitchells & Butlers plc, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and to inspire and coach the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll mentor individuals to be their best and help create memorable visits.

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced food-service environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver food, drink and service of a high standard.
• Act as a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that wow guests and encourage repeat visits.
