Toby Carvery - Bessacarr is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You'll train and motivate staff, act as role model, and drive service excellence while representing the Toby Carvery brand in a busy restaurant environment in Doncaster.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a hospitality or similar setting.
• Ability to train and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.
• Strong communication skills to train and inspire the team.
• Focus on delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service to a high standard.
