Toby Carvery - Newbury is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and lead the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will mentor staff to be their best and drive service excellence.

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Mentor and develop staff, leading by example.
• Lead the team to create WOW moments for guests and encourage repeat visits.

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
