Job summary

The Restaurant Group (TRG) is seeking an Assistant Manager for our airport restaurant roles. If you thrive in a hands-on management role, especially with early shifts starting at 3 AM, TRG offers a dynamic and ever-changing work landscape.

Our team is central to our success, with opportunities to develop and excel in a large portfolio of brands across the UK. TRG has over 40 years in hospitality and operates around 300 venues, including wagamama and Barburrito.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurants.
• Hands-on hospitality management experience.
• Contributed to achieving P&L and KPI goals.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and Licensing Laws.
• Confident communicator with strong leadership skills.
• Organised and able to multitask effectively.
• Willing to share your recent life and allow a criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and guide the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Ensure operations run smoothly in a busy airport setting, including early shifts starting at 3 AM.
