Job summary

Coast to Coast in Manchester is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee a team in a busy hospitality setting, ensuring service excellence and smooth running of shifts.

The role requires supervisory or management experience in a food-led business, with a drive to develop professionally within the Coast to Coast brand.
