Beds & Bars is seeking a proactive Supervisor to support the General Manager and ensure smooth daily operations across our hostel and pub floor.

You'll lead a team, manage rotas, training, and guest inquiries, while keeping morale high and staying calm under pressure. This role emphasizes opening/closing duties, budget awareness, and a friendly, multi-national atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: solid supervisory experience - you know how to lead a team and keep things organised.
• Someone who's confident as a keyholder and can handle opening and closing duties without breaking a sweat.
• Calm under pressure and happy to juggle a few things at once.
• Great at solving problems and keeping guests smiling.
• Experience in hospitality
