Beds & Bars Group is hiring a shift supervisor to support daily operations across its hostel and pub venues. You will work closely with the General Manager to keep rooms, bars and events running smoothly, while ensuring guests feel welcome and safe.
The role involves leading a team, managing rotas, training, opening/closing duties, and solving problems in a lively hospitality environment. Join a dynamic, inclusive team where a can-do attitude is rewarded.
Beds & Bars is the team behind a network of backpacker hostels, bars, and pubs across Europe. You will find us in nine cities across seven countries, welcoming travellers, locals, and everyone in between. We focus on four simple things: keeping people safe, making sure they feel secure, giving them great value, and making their experience fun.

People are genuinely at the heart of everything we do. Our motto, “Live Your Life,” isn’t just something we put on posters, it’s how we work.
We want our guests to feel relaxed and at home, and we want our team to feel supported, included, and able to grow. Whether someone stays one night or works with us for years, we aim to make the experience a memorable one.
You’ll be working alongside the General Manager to make sure everything ticks along nicely, from the hostel rooms to the pub floor. It’s a mix of leadership, problem-solving, and getting stuck in when needed. No two days are the same, and that is what makes it fun.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Because this isn’t your average job, you will be part of a team that works hard but knows how to have a laugh. You will meet people from all over the world, learn loads, and never have a dull day. If you like a lively atmosphere and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up, you’ll fit right in.
We are an equal opportunity employer and proud of it. We welcome applications from everyone, regardless of age, disability, gender, nationality, race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected status.
You will need the legal right to work in the country for this role.
Sound good?
